Meet Anastasia Svyrediuk
Holistic Practitioner | Feminine Healing Guide | Founder of Mother Womb Rehab
Anastasia is the founder of Mother Womb Rehab and a holistic guide for women who are tired, overwhelmed, and ready to feel like themselves again.
For over 15 years, she has walked alongside women through their deepest healing, blending ancient Eastern traditions with modern somatic science from the West. Her work weaves Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Ayurveda, psychosomatic therapy, body & energy connection, and lymphatic healing into a unified, deeply transformative experience.
Her true gift isn't a long list of certifications.
Her gift is creating a space where women feel safe enough to soften, open, and finally return to themselves.
Anastasia has supported over 920+ multicultural women worldwide in transforming anxiety, burnout, hormonal imbalance, breakup, rock bottom, bankruptcy, emotional exhaustion, and fertility-related stress into clarity, embodiment, and grounded confidence.
Women come to her when they feel lost, exhausted, or stuck, and leave with lightness, clarity, strength, and a sense of coming home to themselves.
HER STORY
From Burnout to Rebirth
Anastasia's journey into healing didn't begin in a classroom, it began in her own body, in her own collapse, in her own reckoning with what it means to carry too much for too long.
Years ago, she found herself exactly where many of her clients are now: depleted, disconnected, moving through life on autopilot while something deeper within her screamed for attention. She had tried to achieve a work-life balance, detox, engage in self-development, seek mentoring, read books, attend yoga & meditation classes, and discover body and energy work. But something was still missing…
It wasn't until she allowed herself to be vulnerable, pause, and stop performing, achieving, and pretending that the real healing began.
She learned that true healing isn't about doing more. It's about feeling more.
It's about returning to the body. Listening to the whispers before they become screams. Honoring the feminine wisdom that exists beneath the layers of conditioning, productivity, and survival.
That journey led her to study deeply: Ayurveda in India, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, womb work, psychosomatic practices. But more importantly, it led her inward, to her own womb, her own truth, her own feminine intelligence.
Mother Womb Rehab was born from that place.
Not as a business, but as a sanctuary. A space for women who need what she once needed: permission to rest, to feel, to heal at the root, and to remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
HER APPROACH
Holistic, Embodied, Trauma-Informed
Anastasia's work is holistic, embodied, and trauma-informed. She doesn't offer quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. She offers deep, root-level healing that addresses the whole woman, body, mind, spirit, and nervous system.
Somatic Healing
She works directly with the body, where trauma, emotions, and memory are stored. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and body mapping, she helps women release what's been held for years.
Ancient Wisdom
Drawing from Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, and feminine rituals, she reconnects women to practices that have healed for thousands of years, grounding them in cycles, rhythm, and intuition.
Nervous System Regulation
She teaches women how to recognize dysregulation (anxiety, shutdown, overwhelm) and rewire their nervous systems for safety, presence, and resilience.
Psychosomatic Therapy
She explores the mind-body connection, revealing how unprocessed emotions manifest as physical symptoms—and how healing one heals the other.
Feminine Embodiment
She guides women back to their feminine essence, not as performance, but as presence. Reclaiming sensuality, creativity, intuition, and power from a place of groundedness, not striving.
HER VALUES
What She Believes
Healing is not linear.
There is no finish line, no "fixed" state to reach. Healing is a spiral, you return to the same wounds at deeper levels, with more capacity, more compassion, more truth.
Your body holds the wisdom.
The answers you seek aren't in another book, another course, another guru. They're already inside you. Anastasia's role is to help you listen.
Feminine healing is counter-cultural.
In a world that glorifies productivity, speed, and achievement, deep healing requires rest, slowness, and surrender. It's an act of rebellion to soften.
Trauma is stored in the body.
You can't think your way out of dysregulation. You can't manifest your way out of unprocessed emotion. True healing happens in the body, through the body.
Healing one woman ripples through generations.
When you heal yourself, you break cycles. You change the trajectory of your lineage. Your healing becomes legacy.
