Farnaz’s work begins with one simple truth: the body is always communicating, yet the question is whether we’re listening. After years in the engineering industry, building a successful international career in Canada, moving away from her homeland, her own health began screaming for attention

Suffering from hormonal imbalance, the loss of her menstrual cycle, autoimmune symptoms, chronic fatigue, and a dysregulated nervous system revealed that achievement without regulation comes at a very high cost

Farnaz made a big move: rather than suppressing her symptoms, she chose to understand them! Her personal healing journey led her into years of studying nervous system regulation, psychosomatic healing, women’s hormonal health, metabolism, dancing, functional movement, breathwork, and feminine embodiment

Today, Farnaz guides women back into a relationship with the wisdom of their own bodies. Through body movement, strength training, somatic practices, breathwork, dance, and sensory awareness, she helps women regulate their nervous systems, restore hormonal balance, rebuild physical vitality, and reconnect with their feminine intelligence

Her philosophy is simple: healing isn’t about forcing the body to perform… Healing begins when the body finally feels safe enough to remember what it has always known

HER STORY
